Tell your parents you have no idea why it is happening. Act ashamed and embarassed. It's easy. It is completely embarassing, despite feeling amazing. Your parents will insist you go to the bathroom more and try to pee. Do as they ask, and go to the bathroom. Just don't actually pee. Pretend you are trying. Keep peegasming in your panties happily.
Your parents will force you to wear a diaper, because they don't want your pee everywhere. No problem! Diapers it is. Once in a diaper you can easily peegasm in it anywhere anytime without anyone noticing or caring. Endless peegasm pleasure is now yours!

You need to be careful to keep your butt clean. The danger in wearing wet panties is that the wetness will cause any poo around your butthole to slowly spread towards your pussy. That poo spreading can cause infection. When you poo, clean your butthole carefully. If you have or can get a bidet and use it, do so.
Depending on exactly how wet you are, it can cause damage to your skin. This mainly can happen from something like a waterproof diaper that holds the wetness in. Panties don't hold wetness forever. It will drip out and also evaporate. It is unlikely that peegasming your panties as often as you can will harm you in any way that I'm aware of.
Kids wear diapers and always both pee and poo in them both. Diapers are designed to be changed when dirty. If you are peegasming in a diaper, you should change your diaper just like how a child's diaper should be changed when they use it.
The main thing about diapers is that disposable ones can be expensive over time. It is better and cheaper to use reusable cloth diapers instead of disposable ones. The cloth is less likely to chafe and cause a diaper rash as well.
